The breathtaking view from the Terrace on the Grand Canal and the peacefulness of the Roof (provided with Jacuzzi) are scenarios of incredible romance and beauty from where you can enjoy the life going on the Grand Canal. Few Steps from Saint Marks Square (less than 10 minutes walking) and from Accademia, surrounded by the artistic beauties and by the peacefulness and quitness of an everyday Venice. Staying here is like staying in someones private Palazzo, a very unique experience! We do have a private dock for the taxi, the waterbus stop is rights outside the main door and there is a Traghetto Gondola right in front. We are a family friendly property even if we dont have any connecting room. But we can easily book one room next to the other, just let us know at the moment of the reservation. We are located in the historical center, right in front of the grand Canal. The area is very close to San Marco Square which is the heart of Venice (less than 10 minutes of walking distance). Very close to the hotel you can find local shops, restaurants and bar: this is the real Venice!!! Its also very close to many museums, the closest is just beside: Ca Rezzonico! Just to mention the most importants (whithin 10 minutes of walking distance): Rialto with its market and mall, Frari Basilica, Church and School of San Rocco, School of Carmini, Accademia Museum, Ca Rezzonico, Peggy Guggenheim, San Marco Square, San Marco Basilica and Bell Tower, Salute Church and Punta della Dogana, Palazzo Grassi.
