The living room and dining room (seats 12 people) are located in two separate rooms. The living room has a sofa, sitting area, TV, stereo and also a dining table for 6 people. The kitchen with island offers a good working space with all of the necessary equipment and has direct access to a small terrace, which is the ideal place to enjoy morning coffee and breakfast. Outside, guests can enjoy the pool area. Guests will have their own, private swimming pool with the wading area (perfect for kids) and Jacuzzi. The outdoor area is the ideal place to enjoy a casual lunch and afternoon snacks - poolside. The indoor pond that surrounds the wooden staircase divides the house and takes guests upstairs to 3 of the 5 bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms located downstairs. Both bedrooms have a king bed, TV, a/c, closet and ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub. Every room in this villa is decorated in its own style. There are 3 bedrooms located upstairs.
